94 வயதான லக்‌ஷ்மண் சிறுநீரக தொற்று காரணமாக கடந்த சனிக்கிழமை மாலை மருத்துவமனையில் சிகிச்சைக்காக அனுமதிக்கப்பட்டார். அங்கு அவருக்கு டயாலிஸிஸ் சிகிச்சை அளிக்கப்பட்டது. பின்னர் தீவிர சிகிச்சை பிரிவில் அனுமதிக்கப்பட்டார். அவரது உடல்நிலை தொடர்ந்து கவலைக்கிடமாக உள்ளதாக அவரைப் பரிசோதித்த மருத்துவர்கள் தெரிவித்தனர். லஷ்மணனின் பல முக்கிய உடல் உறுப்புகள் செயலிழந்து விட்டதாகவும் மருத்துவர்கள் தெரிவித்தனர். இந்நிலையில் அவர் இன்று உயிரிழந்துவிட்டார் என்று தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. மாலை 6.50 மணியளவில் அவர் மரணம் அடைந்தார் என்று மருத்துவமனை தரப்பில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

குடியரசு தின விழாவில் சிறப்பு விருந்தினராக கலந்து கொள்ளும் தலைவர்கள் ஜனாதிபதியுடன் ஒரே காரில் வருவதான் வழக்கமான நடைமுறையாக உள்ளது. ஆனால் இந்த நடைமுறையை தகர்த்தெறிந்துவிட்டு ஒபாமா தனது பீஸ்ட் காரில் வந்திறங்குவாரா என்ற கேள்வி எழுந்துள்ளது. ஒருவேளை அமெரிக்க அதிபர் ஒபாமா பாரம்பரியாமாக கடைபிடித்து வரும் நெறிமுறைகளை தகர்க்காமல் ஜனாதிபதி பிரணாப் முகர்ஜியுடன் ஒரே காரில் ராஜபாதையில் வருகை தந்தால், அதிக பாதுகாப்பு அம்சங்களை கொண்ட தங்களது சொந்த காரில் பயணிக்காத ஒரே அமெரிக்க அதிபர் என்ற பெருமையை ஒபாமா பெறுவார்.

தெலுங்கு நகைச்சுவை நடிகர் எம்.எஸ்.நாராயணா மரணம்

தெலுங்கு திரையுலகில் கடந்த 1974-ம் ஆண்டில் நகைச்சுவை நடிகராக அறிமுகமானவர் எம்.எஸ்.நாராயணா. எம்.எஸ்.என். என பிரபலமாக அறியப்பட்ட இவர், கடந்த 30 ஆண்டுகளாக சுமார் 700 படங்களில் நடித்து உள்ளார். 63 வயதான நாராயணா, இந்த மாத தொடக்கத்தில் மலேரியா நோயால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டு மருத்துவமனையில் சிகிச்சை பெற்றார். அதிலிருந்து குணமடைந்த அவருக்கு இதயம் மற்றும் உள்ளுறுப்புகள் பாதிப்படைந்தது.

பீகாரில் கோர்ட்டு வளாகத்தில் குண்டு வெடிப்பு இரண்டு பேர் உயிரிழப்பு, 14 பேர் படுகாயம்

பீகாரின் மேற்கு பகுதியில் உள்ள அர்ராக் மாவட்டத்தில் கோர்ட்டில் இன்று காலை வெடிகுண்டு வெடித்தது. வெடிகுண்டை கொண்டுவந்த பெண்ணும் வெடித்ததில் பலியாகினார் என்று போலீஸ் தெரிவித்துள்ளது. குண்டு வெடிப்பில் போலீசார் ஒருவரும் உயிரிழந்தார். 14 பேர் காயம் அடைந்துள்ளனர். காயம் அடைந்தவர்கள் மீட்கப்பட்டு மருத்துவமனைக்கு கொண்டு செல்லப்பட்டுள்ளனர். குண்டு வெடிப்பு நடந்த இடத்தை சுற்றிலும் போலீஸ் குவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. வெடிகுண்டை கோர்ட்டிற்கு கொண்டு வந்தபெண்ணிற்கு குறைந்த வயதே இருக்கும் என்று தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. குண்டுவெடிப்புக்கான காரணம் தெரியவரவில்லை. சம்பவம் தொடர்பான முழு தகவல்கள் உடனடியாக வெளியாகவில்லை. விசாரணையும் நடத்தப்பட்டு வருகிறது.
