Backward Classes demand welfare sub-plan

Led by Gangireddula folk artistes, a rally in Khammam highlighted the plight of various nomadic and semi-nomadic communities. Members of various BC communities from all over the State took part in the rally. Speakers at the inaugural session called on the State government to introduce a sub-plan exclusively for backward classes.
